Shipping

We deliver to mainland UK addresses only, excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Delivery is £7.50, or free on orders over £80. Free delivery does not apply to orders paid using a Gift Card. A minimum order value of £15 applies.

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are dispatched for next working day delivery. Orders placed outside these times, including Tuesdays, weekends and Bank Holidays, will be delivered within 2–3 working days.

All parcels are sent using a tracked service. Delivery details will be provided by our courier.

A signature is required on delivery and the recipient must be aged 18 or over.

If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, a £7.50 redelivery fee will apply, even where the original order qualified for free delivery.

Returns

You may return goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Items must be returned in their original packaging and without undue delay.

Returns should be sent using recorded delivery and securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Some items are fragile and, although every care is taken during delivery, damage may occasionally occur. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved.
