Yorkshire Craft Beers can host your birthday party, celebration, music event, anniversary, corporate event or any other special occasion at the historic Queens Mill in Castleford.
Your guests will enjoy this unique space from a bygone industrial age while getting a great view of the rushing waters of the river Aire and the Millenium bridge.
Our fully staffed 'Mill Race' bar will serve beer, lager, cider, gin, vodka, rum, wines, prosecco and soft drinks to your guests.
Our venue is a blank canvas that you can decorate to suit your personal style or the type of event you are having. You can provide your own food or hire a caterer, if required we can recommend caterers or other available food options.
If you want to have music playing at your special occasion you can hire a disco/band or simply create your own play list and hire our PA system.

FUNCTION ROOM
The function room can accommodate a maximum of 72 for a sit down meal, 100 for a more casual buffet and 150 for standing only event.Our venue has limited parking and is completely flat with no stairs and has disabled facilities.
ROOM HIRE FEE
The room hire fee is £150 for a maximum of 6 hours and includes:Room hire (closes at midnight).
Mill Race bar (closes at midnight).
Tables and chairs.
Disco lights.
We also offer other services/options which attract fees e.g. white table clothes, PA system, stage, pre-paid bar, band, waiting staff, slushy machine, food options, catering facilities and anything else you need to make your event a success.
Please note you can hire our function room for more than 6 hours but this would incur more fees, please ask for more information if required.
To secure your date the room hire fee is payable within 7 days of booking confirmation and is non-refundable.
Depending on the size, duration and type of your event, you may be required to pay a bar cover fee which is refundable when bar takings reach the agreed amount.
