No, about one quarter of our 200+ beers are from breweries all across the UK. Occasionally we will stock European and internation beers. Please visit our online shop for our latest offerings.
Do you stock Gluten Free craft beers?
We have a large number of Gluten Free craft beers in cans plus at least two GF beers on tap.
What are your bar/shop opening hours?
Our bar and shop are open at the same time. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to see our opening hours.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have FREE parking right outside the door.
Have you got disabled facilities?
Yes, the site and shop is flat with no steps and disabled toilets are available.
Are children and dogs allowed inside?
Yes, well behaved children and dogs are welcome.
Do you serve food?
We only serve food if we have a special event running. However, we do have a very comprehensive selection of crisps and snacks.

For same day collection your order must reach us before 1pm and will be ready after 3pm (excluding Tuesdays).
I placed an order but I can't pick it up on the day I selected?
You can pick up your order on any day (excluding Tuesdays) after the day you selected up to 1 month from the ordering date. Please check our opening hours at the bottom of this page before you come to collect your order.
Do I need my email confirmation when I pickup my order?
Yes.
Do I need ID when I pickup my order?
If you appear to look under 25 years of age then you will be asked to show your photo ID (driving licence/passport) with your date of birth to prove you are over 18.
I can't collect my order now. How can I get it delivered?
Email your order number, full name and mobile number plus the full postal address then we will send you a payment link for £6.95 to your mobile phone so you can pay online with your credit/debit card.

Email your order number, full name and mobile number plus the full postal address then we will send you a payment link for £6.95 to your mobile phone so you can pay online with your credit/debit card.
What payments do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Do you store my payment details?
No.
Can I place my order and pay over the phone?
Sorry, this is not possible because we need a record of you confirming you are over 18 years old as you are buying alcohol.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add your gift message during Checkout and we will print it out and put it in your order.
Why didn't I receive an order/payment confirmation email?
Either you made a mistake when you typed your email address or it has gone into your junk/spam folder.
How do I use a Gift Card to pay for my order?
Add products to your basket and proceed to Checkout where you will see a box to enter your Gift Card code then click Apply. If you don't spend the full value of your Gift Card you can use it again at a later date. If you spend more than the value of your Gift Card you will be prompted to pay the difference with a credit/debit card.

Do you store my payment details?
No.
Can I place my order and pay over the phone?
Sorry, this is not possible because we need a record of you confirming you are over 18 years old as you are buying alcohol.

I ordered event tickets, where are they?
We don't issue physical tickets, your name and number of tickets purchased are added to the guest list and checked at the door on the day of the event.
Can I print my tickets?
Yes, your notification email will have a link to your ticket where you can download and print a PDF version.
Do I need to bring proof of purchase to the event?
It's not essential but you can bring it if you want to, however, if your name is not on our guest list then you will be required to provide proof of purchase.
If you cancel your event will I get a refund?
Yes.
